About the event

This lunch and learn event Dr Kate Atkin will help you spot the imposter chatter in yourself and provide you with practical tips, tricks and techniques to overcome these feelings. It will also cover what to say to someone else who may be experiencing these feelings and how to support them.


About the Speaker

Dr Kate Atkin


Kate is an international speaker, training consultant and coach. She started her career with Barclays Bank and in 2015 completed in an MSc in Applied positive Psychology which brought insights into wellbeing, meaning and positivity. In 2024 she was awarded her PhD for research focusing on the imposter phenomenon in the workplace, coping strategies and psychological courage. She is the author of ‘The Presentation Workout’, ‘The Confident Manager’ and most recently ‘The Imposter Phenomenon’.
