We are a diverse group of committed ISC Members, determined to help girls and women from all ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds access careers in the insurance industry. Specifically, we strive to:

• Raise awareness of the value of encouraging girls towards STREAM subjects at school.
• Support and assist college students and University graduates enter the world of insurance and finance.
• Help women already in work up-skill, to broaden their options and achieve career growth.
