The Gender Seniority Gap
Women outnumber men at entry-level positions* but representation decreases significantly in more senior roles.
The lack of women in leadership positions can inhibit the ambition of others, perpetuating the problem.

Shaping the Future for Women
At ISC Group, we believe every woman should have the opportunity to succeed and experience a rewarding career within insurance. Our mission remains to bridge the gender seniority gap with the aim of increasing female representation at all levels within insurance, particularly within senior leadership. We partner with the sector to foster gender-balanced workplaces where women’s contributions are recognised and valued.
