Liselle leads PR and communications at ISC Group, playing a vital role in amplifying the organisation’s message and raising its profile across the industry. She drives strategic communications that increase engagement with members, partners, and the wider insurance community.

Hollie Stephen is responsible for developing and supporting the individual membership community in the Europe and the USA. She drives member engagement and leads event management, creating impactful opportunities for connection, professional growth, and collaboration.

Adomaa oversees the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She manages the ISC Member Hub and provides essential support to the team, helping to deliver a seamless experience for members and colleagues alike.

Toni Garman is responsible for delivering ISC large corporate events, such as the annual awards. She also works alongside Dawn Barnes to co-ordinate and deliver the UK and Global events programme for members.

Azy Ravzi is the Finance Director and Company Secretary for ISC Group Global CIC. An experienced Fractional CFO/FD with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. Skilled in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Internal Controls, Investment Management, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Financial Planning. Experienced financial professional of setting up and improving financial systems including banking and treasury, financial reporting and accounting etc in the UK and for overseas operations

Angela is responsible for hR and Recruitment at ISC Group. She is also the EU Account Manager supporting our corporate partners across the EU.

Sandra Menassa is responsible for growing and supporting the individual membership community across the region. She leads member engagement and event management, creating meaningful opportunities for connection, learning, and collaboration within the Canadian insurance sector.

Anaïs Comot is responsible for delivering our Culture Toolkit events, which are shaped in close collaboration with our members and organisations who are looking at accelerating meaningful cultural change. Anaïs also leads our DEI Leaders Community, who gathers every quarter to share the industry best practices and shape the future of inclusion in the Insurance sector.

Dawn Barnes is responsible for delivering ISC programme events for the UK. She also works alongside Toni Garman to co-ordinate and deliver the Global events programme for members.
