A Legacy of Advancing Women
For over 20 years, ISC Group has been making strides in its mission to close the leadership gap. Founded by Barbara Schonhofer MBE, ISC Group has gone from strength to strength with a 10,000-strong community and over 100 corporate partners.
Thousands of women who have been supported by ISC Group over the years are now shaping the industry alongside our founder members in director, partner, and CEO roles, paving the way for future generations of women in insurance leadership.
