Huw Evans Named As First Male Ambassador for ISC Group

London,  June 2025 – ISC Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Huw Evans, Partner and Head of Insurance at KPMG UK, as its first Male Ambassador. Huw joins a global network of senior leaders, as an ambassador, with a commitment to advancing gender balance and inclusive leadership across the insurance and financial services sectors.

As the world’s largest independent business network for women in insurance, with over 10,000 members, ISC Group works in partnership with leading organisations to accelerate and balance the representation of women in leadership. By harnessing the collective influence, commitment and insights of male allies, like Huw, ISC Group aims to break down the barriers and bring an understanding of the positive impact and benefits of gender fairness and balance for companies and employees.

Huw brings more than two decades of experience spanning financial services, public policy, and industry leadership, along with a wealth of insight and influence to aid ISC Group in its mission. Since joining KPMG in 2022 and stepping into his current role in 2024, he has advised clients on some of the most pressing challenges shaping the future of insurance, including regulation, digital transformation, and climate risk.

He is a long-standing advocate for gender balance and inclusive leadership. As an Ambassador for ISC Group, he will help shape and support the organisation’s efforts to drive sustainable change in the sector and create pathways for women to succeed at every level of their careers.
