ISC Group Welcomes Sompo’s Chloe Ferguson Ekserdjian as a New US Ambassador

London/New York, 4 November 2026 — ISC Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Chloe Ferguson Ekserdjian, Senior Vice President, Middle Market Leader at Sompo North America, as a US Ambassador. Chloe joins a global network of senior industry leaders who have chosen to become ISC Ambassadors, further strengthening ISC’s commitment to advancing women in leadership across the insurance and reinsurance industry.

Based in New York, Chloe brings extensive industry experience and a strong understanding of the US insurance market. She has been with Sompo since 2016 and previously held underwriting leadership roles at AIG across Large Limits Property, Energy and Engineered Risk. Her international experience also includes a Consular Fulbright appointment with the US Department of State in Hong Kong and Macau.

As a US Ambassador, Chloe will support ISC Group's growing presence across the US, championing opportunities for women to connect, develop their leadership capabilities and progress their careers.
