Last night, ISC Group celebrated the outstanding achievements of women working in the insurance sector for a prestigious awards ceremony at Events at No.6, one of London’s premier venues for corporate events. In its second year, the ISC Awards recognises the women driving change across the insurance sector through exceptional role models, outstanding leadership, pioneering talent, mentoring excellence, and impactful contributions within Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

This year’s winners are:

• Most Impactful Member of an Gender ERG Award: Siobhan McCafferty, Alchemy Technology Services (Sponsored by Beazley) – recognising individuals driving meaningful change and fostering cultural shifts within their ERGs.

• The Schonhofer Award: Sian Fisher (Sponsored by Odgers) – celebrating Sian’s dedication to mentoring and advocacy. Named after ISC Group founder Barbara Schonhofer MBE, the award honours a career-long commitment to advancing women in leadership roles.

• Mentoring Excellence Award: Jessica Wong, Beazley (Sponsored by Ascot Group) – recognising outstanding dedication to mentoring colleagues and fostering supportive professional communities.
