ISC France Aspire Programme

Explore fresh opportunities to grow and become the best version of yourself through the ISC France's Aspire Programme.

 

Each year a new cohort of 10 aspiring leaders are invited to enter the 12-month programme with coaching session,  one-to-one mentoring and networking opportunities with experienced women leaders in insurance. Express of interest is welcome from mid-level career women working in insurance and based in France. 

The Aspire Three Pillars

Networking & Industry Insights

  • Five in-person working breakfasts in Paris

  • In Conversation sessions with senior women leaders in the insurance industry

  • Informal, inspiring exchange of professional and personal experiences

Mentoring

  • One-to-one mentoring tailored to each participant’s needs
    Minimum of one session per quarter

  • Flexibly agreed between mentor and mentee

  • Mix of in-person and virtual meetings, mostly in French

Leadership Coaching

  • Four 1-hour virtual coaching sessions with an international coach (based in Canada)

    • Focus: Building confidence when communicating in English

  • Two in-person coaching sessions in French (Paris-based)

  • Access to 3–4 Global Aspire leadership sessions in English

  • Participants join coaching alongside international ISC Aspire cohorts
