ISC France’s Aspire Programme offers corporate organisations a unique opportunity to invest in the growth of mid-level women professionals.
Each year, a cohort of 10 aspiring leaders are selected to take part in a 12-month programme designed to enhance leadership potential through executive coaching, one-to-one mentoring, and meaningful networking in collaboration with experienced women leaders in insurance. We welcome expressions of interest from organisations looking to support the career progression of women based in France who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Participation of 2 Aspire candidates who participate in:

Networking & Industry Insights: in-person breakfasts in Paris with senior women leaders

Mentoring: tailored one-to-one mentoring, with sessions held quarterly, in person or virtually, and mainly in French.

Leadership Coaching: four virtual coaching sessions in English, two in-person coaching sessions in French, and access to 3–4 global Aspire sessions with international cohorts.
