Canyon Ranch
This executive retreat, organised by the Beacon Collective at the exclusive Canyon Ranch in the USA brought women executives together for a unique opportunity to focus on personal wellbeing, build meaningful peer connections, receive coaching, and strategic business insight.
This experience was in addition to the ISC Group programme designed to allow women to take time for themselves, as they build successful leadership careers in insurance.

Yoga Retreat
Facilitated by Jean-Claude Rawady of JC Yogi, this retreat is set in the serene setting of the beautiful Aegialis Hotel & Spa, Aegiali in Greece from the 11th-18th October 2025.
JC takes participants on a journey of relaxing and recharging as they connect meaningfully with their peers. With a focus on wellness, self-care and the opportunity to take part in activities at their own pace.
