How we help you.
We have built an engaged global C-suite community, who we collaborate with to ensure that the insurance industry continues to move towards a more gender balanced future.
To help achieve this, we also provide career development programming to support the advancement of women.
Our Holistic Programme
Provide a safe space for challenging conversations to happen.
Improve communication across the industry to reduce the seniority gap.
Stimulate internal and external self-awareness around behaviours in business.
Give better access to industry knowledge to accelerate career progression.
Keynote interviews or panel discussions on a variety of topical subjects. All are recorded and stored in the online hub for members to access.
Opportunities for members to network with other women in insurance around the world. These sessions are facilitated by members from the ISC Community.
Community Working Groups
Led by our members, we are committed to supporting broader society and getting the insurance industry behind some of the ongoing initiatives and charitable organisations available.
60min coaching-led session which offer a rare opportunity for Aspire Members to work on their career goals and meet a small group of peers in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Our informal mentoring programme will give Aspire Members access to a diverse range of our Executive members throughout the year to seek career guidance and advice.
An opportunity to meet with Business Leaders in the industry and gain their insights about the upcoming industry challenges and how leaders plan to overcome these.
60-90 minutes roundtables led by executive coaches offering an opportunity for our Executive members to explore their own leadership style and analyse, with peers in the market, how they can be better leaders going forward.
For these sessions we invite existing Non-Executive Directors and Chairmen in to share their personal experiences with our members and transfer any learning they have gained along the way.
Access to thought leadership around future risks. Intimate, Chatham House rule, business discussions with industry experts moderated and facilitated by ISC Board Members or Ambassadors.
