About the event

Join us for this upcoming Working Parents’ Forum, where we’ll explore the lived experience of balancing career and parenthood. This session will focus on what it really means to let go of perfection, how to build meaningful support systems both inside and outside of work, and how to show up authentically without sacrificing balance.

We’re delighted to be joined by Susannah Tilbury, who will share her experience as a working mother, offering honest reflections on balancing career and family, the realities of trade-offs, and the importance of building support both within and beyond the workplace.

The session will be chaired by Donna Wayman, who returns following her role as chair last year. Donna will guide the discussion to ensure a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging conversation, creating space for shared experiences and perspectives.

What we’ll explore:

- What “you can’t have it all” really means in practice
